Significant charges as most services are confirmed and non-refundable.

Peak Season Policy: During peak tourist seasons (April-June, September-October) and festival periods, cancellation charges may be higher due to increased demand and limited availability. Special terms apply for:
  • Eid holidays and festival periods
  • Summer vacation months (May-June)
  • Winter sports season (December-February)
  • Long weekends and public holidays

How to Cancel Your Booking

  3. Confirmation: We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 hours

Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergency: Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be considered for reduced charges with proper medical documentation
  • Government Restrictions: In case of travel restrictions imposed by government authorities
  • Natural Disasters: Force majeure situations like floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions
  • Political Unrest: Cancellations due to security concerns or curfew situations

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 7-10 working days for all online payments
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 working days for NEFT/RTGS refunds
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2-3 billing cycles depending on your bank
  • UPI Payments: 2-3 working days
  • Cash Payments: Immediate refund for local bookings (subject to availability)
Refund Method: All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original booking. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

Refund Calculation

Your refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • Total Package Cost - Cancellation Charges - Non-refundable Items = Refund Amount
  • GST will be refunded proportionally based on the refundable amount
  • Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
  • Airline tickets (subject to airline's cancellation policy)
  • Train tickets (subject to Indian Railways policy)
  • Visa processing fees and charges
  • Travel insurance premiums

  • Third-party activity bookings (rafting, skiing, etc.)
  • Special permits and entry fees
  • Photography and videography charges

Partial Refunds

  • If you use part of the services and cancel the remaining portion
  • Refund calculated based on unused services minus applicable cancellation charges
  • No refund for unused services due to personal reasons or late arrival
  • Weather-related service cancellations subject to supplier policies

Group Booking Refunds

  • Group bookings (10+ people) have separate cancellation terms
  • Partial group cancellations may affect overall package pricing
  • Group leader responsible for communicating cancellations
  • Individual refunds processed only after group leader confirmation

  1. Reschedule: Move your trip to a later date at no extra cost (subject to availability)

  3. Travel Voucher: Convert booking to a voucher valid for 12 months
  4. Refund: Process refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses

Can I cancel my booking if there's a security situation in Kashmir?
Yes, security situations are covered under our force majeure policy. You can choose to reschedule your trip, get a travel voucher, or receive a refund after deducting non-recoverable expenses. We monitor the situation closely and provide immediate updates to our customers.
What happens if the Srinagar-Jammu highway is closed?
Highway closures due to weather or other reasons are considered force majeure. We will arrange alternative transportation (flights if available) or reschedule your trip. If neither option is feasible, you can choose a refund or travel voucher.
Is travel insurance recommended for Kashmir trips?
Yes, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all Kashmir trips. Insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we have flexible policies, insurance provides additional protection for your investment.
Can I get a full refund for medical emergencies?
Medical emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. With proper medical documentation from a registered medical practitioner, we may waive or reduce cancellation charges. However, non-refundable items like airline tickets will still apply as per supplier policies.

What if I need to cancel due to visa rejection?

Can I transfer my booking to someone else instead of cancelling?
Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person up to 15 days before departure. A nominal transfer fee of ₹500 per person applies. The new traveler must meet all requirements and provide necessary documentation. Some services may have restrictions on name changes.
